Due to offering customized items only, payment is required up front for your tumbler orders. Turnaround times vary depending holidays and spikes in demand. Your tumbler comes with a 30 Day warranty that covers MAJOR issues, but does not include misuse, such as dropping them or placing them in the dishwasher. Every item that comes out of my shop is handmade and can sometimes have small imperfections but rest assured, I do everything possible to ensure you receive the best quality possible.
